Introduced in interpretations under the titles of <em>baṭn</em> (inner core), <em>ta’wīl</em> (esoteric exegesis), and <em>jar’y wa taṭbīq</em> (applicability and comparison), these meanings are also named as the linear development of the words’ meanings. The realm of this method includes the Divine attributes as well as the verses consisting of scientific and social themes. This theory is based on the principles that are considered as the intellectual foundation of discourse and have a significant role in selection of the method and trend of the interpretation. These principles are: non-inclusiveness of understanding to the addressees; commitment to the culture of the </span><span>Revelation age; existence of general meanings in the Holy Qur’ān; and application of words for the spirit of the meaning. It is attempted in this article to explain the above-mentioned theory while<span> delineating its basic principles</span></span></strong>. نظریة شمول معنایی الفاظ قرآن بیانگر نوعی روش تفسیری است که به توسعه‎پذیری ضابطه‌مند الفاظ قرآن کریم می‌انجامد، به گونه‌ای که در این روش هر معنا در زیر لایة دیگر معنا پنهان شده است، و با تأمل و تدبر در مفهوم آیات، معانی توسعه یافته، به شکل پلکانی هویدا می‌گردند. این معانی که در تفاسیر با عناوین بطن، تأویل، جری و تطبیق معرفی می‌شوند، با نام توسعة طولی معانی الفاظ نیز نامبردار است. قلمرو این روش در آیات صفات الهی و همچنین آیاتی است که مضامین علمی و اجتماعی دارند. این نظریه بر مبانی و اصولی استوار است که زیربنای فکری بحث محسوب می‌شوند و در انتخاب و گزینش روش و گرایش تفسیر نقش بسزایی دارند. این مبانی عبارت‌اند از: عدم انحصار فهم به عصر مخاطبان، التزام به فرهنگ عصر نزول، وجود معانی کلی در قرآن کریم، و استعمال الفاظ برای روح معنا. در این مقاله سعی بر آن است تا ضمن شرح نظریه یادشده، مبانی اساسی آن تبیین گردد. https://mishkat.islamic-rf.ir/article_101776_ff40950679566fdce034d278849a79c5.pdf
