Considering the different semantic interpretations, to ask this question, we must first know which interpretation and meaning we are discussing. Therefore, according to the number of interpretations, it can be said that interpretation normativeness and normability will have different formulations and multiple answers. The present study introduces four introductory steps (1- dual interpretation 2- translingual dominance of "interpretation" 3- interpretation; normativeness and normability 4- expressive forms related to interpretive standardization) briefly provides the interpretability. In order to provide a suitable ground for raising the question of the normability and normability of the three interpretation: (deviation from surface meaning, penetration into the lower layers of meaning, and tangible external objects and objective facts) While answering each question, note the relevant rules and regulations in the field of interpretation. اهمیت فرازبان «تأویل» در فهم متن قرآنی با تحولات معنایی که در تاریخ هرمنوتیک اسلامی داشته است، پرسش از ضابطه‌مندی و ضابطه‌پذیری آن را ضروری و لازم می‌نمایاند. امکان طرح این پرسش با توجه به تلقی‌های معنایی متفاوت تأویل، بر این نکته مترتب است که نخست بدانیم از کدام تأویل و معنای آن بحث می‌کنیم و متعلق بحث چیست؟ ازاین‌رو با توجه به تعداد تلقی‌هایی که از تأویل وجود دارد، می‌توان گفت: پرسش از ضابطه‌پذیری و ضابطه‌مندی ساحت تأویل نیز صورت‌بندی‌های متفاوت و پاسخ‌های متعدد خواهد داشت.<br />پژوهش پیش رو با مطرح کردن چهار گام مقدماتی (1. دوگانۀ تفسیر/ تأویل،<br />2. سیطرۀ فرازبانِ «تفسیر»، 3. تفسیر؛ امری ضابطه‫پذیر و ضابطه‫مند، 4. قالب‫های بیانی ناظر به ضابطه‫مندی تأویل) به گونۀ سربسته و اجمالی بستر ضابطه‌پذیری تأویل را مهیا نموده تا از رهگذر آن زمینۀ مناسبی را برای طرح پرسش از ضابطه‌مندی و ضابطه‌پذیری «روایات سه‌گانه تأویل: (روایت اول: عدول از معنای ظاهر، روایت دوم: عبور از معنای ظاهر و رسوخ به لایه‌های زیرین معنا، روایت سوم: اعیان خارجی محسوس و حقایق عینی)» فراهم آورد که در ضمن پاسخ گفتن به هریک از پرسش‌ها، ضوابط و قواعد مربوط در ساحت تأویل را خاطرنشان سازد. https://mishkat.islamic-rf.ir/article_143521_db942ab6ce5deb8d2dd0a50d401e40cb.pdf
