Journal Article 2023 12 30 Trust and its functions are one of the most important indicators of social capital and have attracted humanities activists’ attention, especially sociologists, psychologists, and political scientists. Despite some books' publication in this field, less attention has been paid to the cultural, attitudinal, and insightful contexts of social trust, as well as its meaning investigation in the Qur'an context. This research, with a descriptive-analytical method, by referring to sociological sources, has dealt with this concept's bases in the modern world's social trust, in order to compare this concept with the Qur'an context. The results indicate that social trust in the contemporary world is a reaction to the increase in risk-taking and individualism which the components of not determining the future, uncontrollable action and ignorance of another's possible action have brought the necessity of resorting to control and coercion. While the Qur'an's desired trust is based on a positive attitude (good faith) and collective faith, which includes determination, commitment and awareness. Individual norms and values ​​(attribute-oriented factors) and the social status (status factors) strengthens it. اعتماد و کارکردهای آن یکی از مهم­ترین شاخص­‌های سرمایۀ اجتماعی بوده و از دیرباز توجه کنشگران علوم انسانی به­‌ویژه در جامعه­‌شناسی، روان‌­شناسی و علوم سیاسی را برانگیخته است. به‌­رغم وجود آثاری در این حوزه، به زمینه‌­های فرهنگی، نگرشی و بینشی اعتماد اجتماعی و نیز بررسی مفهوم آن در بافت قرآنی کمتر توجه شده است. پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی­ _ ­تحلیلی با مراجعه به منابع جامعه‌­شناسی به بسترهای تولید این مفهوم در جهان مدرن پرداخته تا با درک دقیق اصطلاح اعتماد اجتماعی، تمهیداتی برای مقایسۀ این مفهوم با بافت قرآنی فراهم سازد. دستاورد پژوهش حاکی از آن است که مفهوم اعتماد اجتماعی در دنیای معاصر، واکنشی در برابر افزایش خطرپذیری و فردگرایی بوده که وجود مؤلفه­‌های عدم تعیّن آینده، عاملیت مستقل (کنش غیرقابل کنترل) و ناآگاهی از کنش احتمالیِ دیگری در آن لزوم توسل به کنترل و اجبار را به همراه داشته است؛ حال­‌آنکه اعتماد مطلوبِ قرآن بر پایۀ نگرش مثبت (حسن‌­ظن) و ایمان جمعی استوار شده که متضمّن مؤلفه­‌های تعیّن، تعهّد و آگاهی است و هنجارها و ارزش‌های فردی (عوامل خصیصه­‌محور) و جایگاه اجتماعی افراد (عوامل جایگاه‌­محور) موجب تقویت آن می­‌شود. https://mishkat.islamic-rf.ir/article_202976_64cb5fc05fe7cd23c865850122178536.pdf
