Nahj al-Balāghais an encyclopedia of Islamic culture on various topics, whose rich, beautiful, and harmoniously shaped contents have attracted the attention of many literary scholars and orators. This world and the Hereafter are among the pivotal subjects of Nahj al-Balāfga that Imam ‘Alī (A.S.), with his allusive speeches, has portrayed their real nature. With these speeches, the Imam expresses the transitoriness of this world and the eternality of the Hereafter, the unexpected and early occurring of death, and the disclosure of secrets on the Resurrection; in this way, he adds on the beauty and attractiveness of his words.
