Based on verse 96 of A'raf Surah, a meaningful relationship can be established between faith and piety and enjoying heavenly and earthly blessings. But societies with deprived believers and rich infidels raises the doubt of inconsistency with the verse. According to Shia interpretations, there are six possible answers to this doubt, which can be divided into two positive and negative parts. Positive answers are allocating the verse to a specific time and case, lead infidels gradually to prediction, and reflecting on the meaning of faith and piety. Negative answers also include denial of infidels' enjoyment of heavenly and earthly blessings, denial of infidels' enjoyment of spiritual blessings, and denial of full enjoyment of blessings by infidels. Each of these answers is valuable in turn and covers some parts of the doubt, but we need a more comprehensive answer to solve the doubt completely and comprehensively. Therefore, we have tried to provide a new answer considering parts of these answers and reflecting on the meaning and examples of blessings. In this answer, various spiritual degrees, including heavenly blessings, have been introduced, and piety has a broad meaning with different degrees, which includes all sins, both within religious texts and others. In this case, infidels are deprived of some levels of heavenly blessings, while they benefit from some levels of earthly blessings, and believers, although they are deprived of some levels of earthly blessings, but they benefit from heavenly blessings. Therefore, the aforementioned doubt is resolved. This research is organized by descriptive and critical method.
