Abstract
Would it be possible to declare that dipping anger at human relations will be led to relaxation, mental health and the promotion of culture.
The approach of this study is descriptive. The present article tries to answer this questions in a comparative study scientific literature and Islamic literature on the effects of anger and Kazm on mental health.
Evaluation studies show that there is a fundamental difference between Islamic and Western views on the issue of how to deal with anger. The center of western approach is to treat pathologies in anger, but at the same time should not be suppressed rage and the reason will be ignored but in Islamic view the fundamental solving for the problem is considered.
This study suggests that Showing anger does not only contribute to health but also has negative effects on mental health and physical health, while Islamic sources show: not showing anger will help people to have immunity and health and mad human people to be more wiser.
