Salvation in view of the Qur'an and traditions is a reality of various levels whose meaning ranges from being guided to acquisition of God's pleasure. The Holy Qur'an refers to five factors involved in salvation. In this article, two of these factors, namely faith and good deed, are dealt with as factors leading to salvation.
