The issue of Imammate; Imam's characteristics, and the way an Imam is selected, has been one of the most controversial issues in the Islamic world, particularly between Shi'as and Sunnis.
The present writing has in simple and clear-cut words brought up this issue from the viewpoint of Imam R eza (A.S.). Also included are subjects such as affection toward and knowledge about the Imam and it's philosophy, Imam's characteristics, and the way he is se lected, providing arguments from the Qur'an and Hadith accordingly.
