The western scholars' look at the Holy Prophet (S.A.W.) has always been an object of deliberation. In this paper, Following a translation of the article ``Muhammad [S.A.W.]'' from the Encyclopedia of Religions, the writer proceeds to resolve several misconceptions about the personality of the Great Prophet (S.A.W.) implied in the article and goes on to deal in more detail with his Holiness' plitico - military management.
