According to the code of procedure of the Commission for Evaluation of Iranian Scientific Journals, the journals with scientific-research or promotional ranking are required to provide an annual list of their articles. In addition, in the age of communication and at a time of information explosion, thematic categorization and arrangement of the articles is an approach for processing information and instant access of researchers and the book-reading community to the published works.
Mishkāt Quarterly has several times provided the thematic index of its articles (issues 100, 110, 121, 131). What is presented in this issue is the alphabetical-thematic index of the ten recent issues arranged on two topics of “Qur’ān and Ḥadīth” and “Islamic History and Islamic Culture”. The general trend of the content of most of the issues of the journal in recent issues has been noticeably toward articles of the Qur’ān and ḥadīth”.
